Refund Policy
Cancellation before service
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows are generally non-refundable.
If Massage to Bond cancels
You may choose a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.
Completed or partially completed services
Completed services are non-refundable. If a service ends early at the client’s request, unused time is generally non-refundable.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take 5–10 business days to display the credit.

Submit the Request a Refund form with your order number and order email. Submission does not guarantee approval.
