Booking and Payment

Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment. Appointments may be booked up to two months in advance. Prices shown at checkout control the final amount charged.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are generally non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Professional Conduct

Services are strictly professional. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, unsafe conduct, or illegal requests will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Health and Safety

Clients must disclose relevant injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, surgeries, medications, or symptoms before service. Massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients should stop the session immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

In-Home and Event Locations

The client or event organizer must provide a clean, safe, accessible environment with adequate space. Massage to Bond may decline or end service if the location is unsafe, unsanitary, threatening, or materially different from the information provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Massage to Bond is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these policies waives rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.

Personal Property and Delays

Clients are responsible for personal belongings and for providing accurate access, parking, and location information. Late arrival or delayed access may shorten the service while the original fee remains due.
